SECOND ANNUAL REUNION 1948

150^th ENGINEER COMBAT BN. REUNION COMMITTEE

This letter is to inform you of and invite you to our Second Annual Reunion which is to be held on April 30 and May 1, 1948 at the Belmont Plaza Hotel in New York City.

The program includes a get-together and business meeting on Friday evening, April 30, and the banquet on Saturday evening, May 1. At the Friday night meeting, new officers will be elected and the 1949 reunion city will be chosen. So that the wives and sweethearts of the men may become acquainted, a program will be arranged so that they may meet one another.

Due to the fact that this year's reunion is being held in New York, but mostly due to the higher cost of running an affair such as this, we are forced to ask $8.50 per person. In keeping with last year's procedure, we ask that you remit at least $4.00 as soon as possible if you plan to attend. The balance must be forwarded before April 30, as the contracting must be complete at that time. If it is impossible for you to plan in advance, you may pay at the door, but, naturally, the committee would prefer to know how many to plan for, in order that the entire affair might be run smoothly.

If you desire hotel reservations, please mail full particulars before March 15, 1948.

When you arrive in New York, any information regarding the festivities may be obtained at the Reunion Headquarters in the Belmont Plaza anytime after Friday noon.

If you were unable to attend last year, we hope that you will not pass up this opportunity to see again many of the boys with whom you served in Europe, and if you were present, we look forward to seeing you again.
